The Banyumala Twin Waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls on this list. The number of local Indonesian celebrities who have visited this waterfall appears to have become a convincing testimonial for the beauty of the Banyumala twin waterfall.

The Banyumala twin waterfall atmosphere is slightly chilly due to the atmosphere in Buleleng, yet it's still pleasant water to swim in. What’s more, the water is clear, and you are allowed to swim here.

You can beat the crowds by visiting in the early morning hours, and if you're lucky, you'll see a magnificent rainbow created by the sun's rays colliding with the water spray from the waterfalls.

You'll need to walk 500 meters (approximately 15 minutes) along the trail to reach the waterfall's primary play area. The Banyumala twin waterfall track is of intermediate difficulty, with pathways that might feel somewhat steep at times. During the wetter months, this path can also become quite slick. Sekumpul Waterfall is one of the highest waterfalls in Bali. In spite of this, the water flow that results is not very rapid, which means that it is safe to swim in the pool that surrounds this waterfall.

The name "Sekumpul" means "gather" or "group" in the local language. Yes, there are not just one but two waterfalls in this area. Even though the places are close to each other, the water sources for both waterfalls are different. One comes from a river, and the other comes from a natural water source. When it's sunny, there's no big difference, but when it's rainy or after it rains, the water from the river fountain will be a cloudy brown color.

In the area around Sekumpul Waterfall, there are more waterfalls than just the two mentioned above. For example, there is the Fiji Waterfall, the Puncak Sari Waterfall, and so on.

Even though it's only 300 meters away, the path to Sekumpul Waterfall is quite difficult. To get to the main part of the waterfall, you have to walk up 350 to 365 ladder steps.

Location: Sekumpul Waterfall | Bebetin, Sawan sub-district, Buleleng district, Bali

Operational Hours: Every day, 8 AM - 5 PM WITA

Tegenungan waterfall is one of the waterfall tourist destinations in Bali with complete facilities. There are many things you can do, such as swimming, taking pictures, or simply unwinding in the area or in the omma dayclub (which has a front-row seat to the Tegunungan waterfall). One thing to remember is that: If you want to see the most stunning scenery and swim in crystal-clear water, you should avoid visiting during the wetter months.

The Tegenungan waterfall is well-run with smooth paths, tidy stairs, and secure fencing for visitors' safety. This will allow you to quickly and simply reach the centre of the waterfall.

Despite the fact that you are expected to act ethically at all times during your natural history trip, you should pay particular attention to Tegunungan waterfall. The locals believe Tegenungan Waterfall is a Griya Niskala, or a house of Penanda Ghaib, which gives the waterfall an air of mystery. Be respectful of this faith and refrain from bad attitude.
